            This past year I requested a refill in July and still didn't have one in October. I had enough and cancelled service and the tank rental. 8 calls and nearly 6 months later, the tank is still here and in the way of getting service from another company. I understand this is not something which can be performed the next day or even the next week but after this amount of time I believe they have no intention to follow through unless forced.             Showed up to my house to retrieve a tank. Came into my backyard with a closed gate without permission. I have no issue with them picking the tank up, because we no longer want it. My issue is there were 2 cars parked in the driveway. All they had to do was come to the door and tell me what they were doing. But instead as a woman home alone with 2 small children, I see 2 strange men in my backyard. One of them was walking away from the tank to look in my back door window to see my mastiff that was barking at him. Completely inappropriate and a breach of my privacy. If I had opened my back door and let my dogs out... it could have been a real bad day. I called the company to let them know and see if this is normal practice. She could care less about how unnerving that was for me and said that was company policy "because they have every right to get their property". This is absolutely ridiculous company policy. No way would I recommend using them.
