This would be zero stars but I can't post this without clicking a star.Harley Exteriors are a bait and switch company. Their salespeople don't care how old their customers are and feed false information. We had gutters installed in September 2022, never receiving a contract. November 1, 2022, I called the bank to find out when payments would start and how I was I going to be billed. The bank had a difficult time understanding what I was talking about because they had not received any contract yet. Three days later, on November 4, 2022, I received a mailing from the bank stating that we are now customers, all contract material had been received, and our payments would start December 1, 2022. I had still not seen any contract, so I called Harley Exteriors, and they sent me copies. The contract was supposedly signed electronically on August 21, 2022, by my husband and August 29, 2022, by me. Harley Exteriors signed off on November 1, 2022. I never signed on August 29th, but nobody believes me. I have called to complain a dozen times or more, nobody calls back and nobody comes out. I have even called the manufacturer, who came out and said Harley Exteriors put the incorrect guards on. Harley Exteriors say they didn't have a choice. Once a contract is signed Harley Exteriors never answers complaints. Every time I've called, I get a different person and they would always tell me something different. When the people came to install the gutters, they did not talk to us at all. Yet Harley Exteriors says we signed off on a "walk around and completion of job".

We had several windows and a sliding glass door replaced by Harley Exteriors this fall. The entire experience was great, from the salesman who visited us, the installers that measured and installed, the people that I spoke with on the phone, to the windows themselves. All aspects were excellent!

It was great. They did a remarkable job. If I ever need any more windows I will be sure to go to Harley.

Your technical consultant and salesman, ***************************, was pleasant, informative, and not a bit pushy. I came away feeling like I had talked to a member of my family. Your scheduling and communications people were equally friendly and helpful as well. The crew which came to install the windows and door were prompt, friendly, and thorough in their work. They spread tarps to protect the carpets and flooring where they worked. And lastly your company has been helpful and responsive to any questions I have had. This process has been a most pleasant one and I believe will result in a significant energy saving for my home. I would certainly recommend your company to any potential customer.***************************

The installers were great. They arrived at 8:15 and got right to work. They were polite and professional. They cleaned up before leaving. I am happy and would recommend Harley Exteriors.

I recently had a number of my Windows installed by Harley windows and must say I am very very please with the workmanship, quality of windows, customer service , price, and installers professionalism when installing at my home. I had over 5 quotes from different companies and Harley sold me on their product , even though not the cheapest quote I had they were the most favorable by my wife and I and to date we are very please we went with Harley windows. Thank you Harley Windows .

Make sure you read the contract before you decide to do business with them. Not only do they work with a 3rd party but their customer service is sorry. How is it that they make you agree to their contract three months before anything takes place? Our order took about three months and upon the original date of installment, it wasnt ready. Had to wait another month for it just for the installers to show up with the wrong door. At this point, frustration wasnt even the correct term to explain how we felt. Talked to them about wanting to cancel the whole order just to get told that we cant. The contract wasnt really fully explained in details . But expect customers to cancel after 3days. Were talking about lots of thousands here not just hundreds. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL TO ANYONE. If anything find a company that would do the work first for you to see before you agree to pay for anything.
