      Definitely a terrible company. Product defective. Their no hassle return policy doesnt include used items, but yet its no hassle. And they were super rude when I talked to them on the phone. On 12/3/23, I purchased 4 Beacon Insulated Bottles, 20 oz. I received the items on 12/7/23 and within the first day of use, one of the handles on the bottles broke on the side. After another day or so, the other handle on a different bottle broke at the same exact location the first one did. I put in a request for replacement handles and was told they could send me replacement handles, but they would be a different color. I then requested a refund at that point because who wants to have a different color handle when clearly the items were defective. I havent even had these products for a month and already two of the four handles broke within the first day of use. I submitted a request for refund on their website and was told I would hear back from them within 2 business days but have havent heard from them. I then sent them an email regarding the above request, but no answer. I even replied to **** the Consumer Relations Coordinator regarding getting a refund but no reply from her as well. After not hearing back from them, I called and spoke to a male. He was really rude and told me the no hassle return policy doesnt include items that have been used. That makes no sense as no hassle means no hassle. The website does not mention any return restrictions on used items. It simply states no hassle returns. *** disputed the charge with my card company and have received a credit for the purchase. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR DRINKWARE. The customer service is super rude, and they do not care about you as a customer. They are a complete rip off.

      We bought a gabby's dollhouse cup by *********** sold at Target. My daughter was so excited for her new cup however after two hand washes the design is more than halfway peeled off. Unacceptable especially for only 2 times carefully washing!! I contacted the company but they said they couldn't do anything about it. They didn't offer me an apology for the cup being defective or a coupon or a new cup. Nothing. I understand I bought the cup at target but I do feel the company itself should take responsibility for such a poor designed cup. It continues to be sold and they are making money off it. It isn't targets responsibility, it is theirs!
