Discriminatory hiring practices. They commit to a two day paid trial period and are ready to hire you until you inform them that you have a medical condition. After that they completely ignore you and wont respond except to keep changing stories. One of the managers stated that they had a previous employee with bipolar disorder and in no certain terms let it be known that they didnt want anyone like that. Just gross.

I have used this company for the past 37 years in ********. The deliveries of our water have arrived every two weeks for as long as we have been serviced by them over the years. During that same time frame, the company has taken our payment, but not credited our account 7 times. In other words they were paid by us, but never credited our account. I had to bring this to their attention, I supplied payment receipts and discussed with a local manager. This is terribly troubling and if the accounting processes are not corrected soon, I will be moving to a different vendor. I am uncertain if it was done on purpose or if it was accidental. Either way, it is bad accounting processes that created the issue, How did they reconcile their bank account if the payment was made and deposited but never credited to our account. It makes me mistrust the company completely. The last time this happened was around April 20, 2022, and 6 previous times in earlier times, Thanks for reading.Review from Thomas S

I'd give zero stars if I could. Terrible communication. They literally never show up on the scheduled delivery dates. I often had to go out and buy my own water elsewhere because they hadn't delivered any. Drivers outright lie about showing up and claim you weren't there even tho you have security cam footage to the contrary. Just the absolute worst service I've had from any company in general. They have one responsibility to carry out and they can't manage it properly.
