              My monthly **** with Pacific Waste is normally about $55 a month. The last **** I received was for $64.14. When I called to find out why my **** had increased by almost $10.00 with no prior notice, I was told that I still owe money from February 2022, however I paid that **** in full and have a receipt to prove it. I have asked several times to have this months **** adjusted to reflect the appropriate amount owed and that has yet to happen. My receipt from 02/2022 reflects that my **** for 02/01/2022-02/28/2022 was paid in full, but my April 2022 **** indicates that I owe $12.95 that is somehow a prorated charge for 02/25/2022-02/28/2022. This additional charge was not reflected in **** for March 2022, and it would have been had I only made a partial payment for February 2022. I am not going to make a partial payment on a **** that was already paid in full and do not want to have issues in future billing cycles because my **** from 04/2022 is shown as not paid in full.
