BEST experience ever selling our home! ! ******* was amazing always explaining every step of the process w clarity and charm?? We received the highest market price, other Realtors didnt think SASH could do it , they did it! The very BEST most elegant staging and they even took care of some yard and window cleaning we couldnt get to- that was mind blowing! We had a few bumps in the closing process but ******* always came through w answers! Thank you SASH and your awesome Team!You will be so Blessed when working w them- we felt like family not clients .It was so nice to work with caring, kind ,generous , trustworthy people!They WILL NOT disappoint you . We highly recommend them!

It has been my pleasure for the last 11 years to work as an independent contractor with the wonderful team at SASH! Owner ***************************** and her team at SASHservices exceeded every expectation my husband and I ever had about a realty company! My daughter and I flew to WA as we live in IA, and only had 4 days to take care of numerous tasks for my brother, who has dementia. The largest being, getting his house sold. I was referred to SASH REALTY by my brother's caregiver agency. After contacting them, we had an IMMEDIATE response from ******* who assured us that her company would take good care of us; that she did and then some! She treated us like family! The sale of my brother's house went EXTREMELY smooth without any complications. Communication was key, as we did this process from **** miles away. The work SASH did was AMAZING, from start to finish. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND hiring ******* and her company! ******* has 18 years experience, specializing in Senior Home Sales. SASH made the entire transaction easy! They took on all the little things that made for a big sale, while considering the integrity of our estate. We had confidence every step of the way.
