Cloise & Mike Construction replaced my roof in (2) days and the work was SUPERIOR and AMAZING! The crew were very professional, fast and efficient, informative when I had questions, and so much more. (Scope of work) residential, complete roof replacement with minor repair. Competitive cost And top notch professionalism. Overall excellent team from initial contact to all teams involved. Note, I was particularly impressed with Mr. ******* (estimator) only company personal to inspect attic spaces during bids. Fantastic service and people! I was given a reasonable quote and the final bill actually came in a little less than the quote and the team of "Amigos" (as they are called by the company) did extra things to ensure proper ventilation and maximized use of sheeting to save me some money. They were exceptional in their work ethic, protection of my property, and courteous and kind. So much good coming out of Cloise & Mike Construction. Highly recommend for your new roof. Just recently had my roofing done. ****** and his team were very efficient. I am very impressed. The service was completed in a timely manner as advertised and promised. Cloise & Mike Construction is an outstanding company. We had an issue with our roof smelling of tar for two years after the initial installation. The company that manufactured the shingles did not accept any responsibility after requiring us to jump through many hoops to resolve this ongoing issue. Fortunately for us, Cloise and **** honored their commitment and completely replaced our roof using a different manufacturer's shingle at no expense to us. The company did an outstanding job! The crew was excellent and very courteous. The owners and management of this company are genuinely a pleasure to work with in all aspects. Given the current nature of customer service, it is refreshing to have worked with a company with integrity. We value their commitment excellence and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their roof repaired/replaced.Review from Ed S

Cloise and **** Construction recently completed a re-roof of my *******, ** home. From start to finish the experience was high communication, courtesy, quality and professional. Estimator **** was ********, honest and timely with his assessment and estimate. The office staff was helpful and courteous. Project Supervisor **** provided a comprehensive project overview and even rescheduled the project from the initial Dec install to *** because of a schedule opening. Installation Lead ************** and his 9 person crew were punctual, efficient and professional completing the re-roof in only two days. ****** explained the process, ensured my grounds were protected, positively addressed a few minor points I had made and ensured the team stayed on task throughout. Post project cleanup was performed and all that was left was a great job performed and good looking roof without a trace they were even here. SUPER JOB to the Cloise and **** team overall! This local small business is a quality organization that professionally represents our community and truly cares about their workmanship and customers.
