      I had a dinner event for friends and colleagues on Dec. 1st, 2023. I inquired about their loyalty program when I arrived for the event. This was prior to any guests arriving. At that time, I asked if I could become a member and apply for the program. There is no criteria for being accepted in their loyalty program, you just have to apply. I had requested membership at the time of the event. The Manager said it was no big deal, just go online and apply at your convenience and you're good to go. So I applied Monday morning promptly. This is clearly a technicality, because the organization is not honoring that request. I have eaten at their restaurants dozens of times over the years. I'm not requesting that any of those be credited to this new membership. the exclusion/ineligibility of my event was never something that was ever brought up to me, this is clearly a technicality, this should be an easy thing to fix. I do dozens of business meetings a year with customers and with my employees. The event that I had at your location was significantly understaffed, I never did receive my meal. And no time was I rude or express my discontent with the product that I received. I was gracious and kind to your staff, despite genuinely feeling like I had not received the product that I have paid for. Having said that, I recognize the staffing limitations and today is world. However, being told that an event that I paid for is not eligible because of a technicality, This is clearly unacceptable and represents poor business ethics and practices. I have emailed and called restaurant management approximately 15 times, I am not getting any responses to my inquiries. Again, I'm simply asking that my loyalty program be credited with what I have paid for. this is something you'd ***** any guest that walked in your door right now. This is clearly a reasonable request, but is being denied based on misleading directions giving to me at the time of the event, and now a technicality.

      My brother and I were staying in ******* and wanted a late-night meal. 13 Coins is well-known as an excellent place to eat late at night. I checked the restaurant's own website as well as ****** listings and both said it was open until 1 am. We ordered an Uber from our hotel and arrived at 12:30. We were told, "we stop seating at 1", which was an odd thing to be told at 12:30. We were confused, but said thank you and went back to the hotel. It was an odd experience, and an expensive and unnecessary trip that left us both puzzled and hungry.
