Since March 2022, Passadore properties has been managing the **************** condos in ************. After a few months of water billing cycles, I found that I was overpaying for water. Passadore Properties and I investigated the issue and found that the sub-meter for my condo was not reading correctly. It is February 2024, and my sub-meter is still reading incorrectly. Furthermore, I was informed by an employee of Passadore Properties named ************************* that they have been splitting the difference in water cost with other units. This has resulted in upwards of $275 monthly water bills for a single unit household. The employee of this company has admitted to arbitrarily billing me, basically guessing how much water I use.The employee, ***** Passadore (the owner), and their customer service staff have ignored several emails and online request. For months now. I would like to be refunded the overcharging of water for 23 months and have my water meter sensor fixed. That is all, but they have been unresponsive and unhelpful. Worst, I feel that they are illegally billing me by guessing my water usage. I Im certain that I an owed several hundred dollars in inaccurate billing for the last 23 months.The HOA board at **************** is aware of this issue as well, and they have not been able to come to a resolution with Passadore.
