    I made a hotel reservation on Priceline/Booking.com and paid with my credit card for a one-day stay , July 3- July 4, 2022 at the Evergreen Inn and Suites in ***********, **. When I checked in, I was asked for my credit card and I explained i had paid through Priceline. I asked if the credit card would only be held for incidentals and was told yes, After checking my credit card account days later, I noticed I was charged twice $130.61, I contacted the hotel on July 8th and asked for assistance and was told the manager would contact me later that day. I called again later that day after not being contacted and was told the manager left for the day. I called again July 9th and spoke to the manager, *******, who refused to help me and stated she was busy, short staffed and it would take her ***** hours to look at it. I waited until July 12th and called again after I was not contacted. I spoke to a staff member who stated the hotel charged me because Booking.com did not make a payment. I explained I had a confirmation email stating the charged price and confirmation info. I was told that did not mean that I was charged for the stay by Priceline/Booking.com. I asked for an email to send documents and was given an email that returned "your email has been blocked." I called back and was put on hold for over 15 minutes after I informed them who I was. I eventually called back and was given another email and told I had to wait to speak to the original staff member. As of this writing, I have not been contacted by anyone from the hotel. When i tried to get information for hotel management, the manager stated she did not have a boss. I am just looking to get a refund for the $130.61 the hotel should not have charged me.

    This hotel robbed me for $350. they charged me for three nights the moment I got there even though I had already paid for it a month in advance. I called the company I made the reservation through imnmediately and they assured me it would be refunded since It was clearly a mistake made by the hotel. after I checked out it was not refunded I called and they said it would be taken care of. 3 weeks later I got a response that said that they charged me $250 which is not true they charged me 350 which was the price for 3 nights I even have the receipt for it and my bank statement. they said it was because a lamp was broken and television cord was cut and there was damage to the room. This is a LIE. NO damage was done to room, they charged me before I ever entered the room.
