So Honorable and so Diverse. We have utilized many of the service offerings that MM can provide and the level of service diversity is impressive. Silky smooth transactions, very fair pricing (considering potential shipping costs), storage servicing, secured loan capability, purchase investment programs, and a staff of thorough professionals performing in an environment that under promises and over delivers.

I have made several purchases and am in the scheduled purchase program. I have received all my orders as expected. The items and quality meet expectations. Only issue is there seems to be a few days of excess processing time between when the payment is received and shipping occurs. This seems to be constant on all orders. I just have learned to live with it and is now expected. I will continue to deal with this company in the future.Money Metals Exchange, LLC Response

I have been purchasing from several bullion dealers in this past year, and all of them have been the most popular and highly recommended. Many have treated me in a lazy and unconcerned manner, not taking care of my concerns, and some deliveries have taken weeks! Money Metals has always treated me with a high standard of care, and it did not matter if I was ordering 2 oz of silver, or 100oz! They respond quickly if I have questions, and I have ALWAYS received my packages packed well, and they are the quickest delivery of any dealer by far! My package ordered was not delivered and I received no customer service about it only policy and procedures that don't help me. The company has kept my $88.00. I guess they need it more than me. Must be broke. Go figure.Money Metals Exchange, LLC Response
