              T&C cancelled my appointment and refunded my money. Super. Why is the question. I received no satisfactory explanation. It seems they didn't like assertive communication and a one hour change to their window of availability. They didn't offer to reschedule or offer a counter proposal to my schedule on the appointed day.It feels personal. I don't care for soft easily triggered adults that fail to communicate in a meaningful way. They are, apparently, doing so well they don't need my money. Honestly, if you read my emails, you'd wonder what is going on at T&C. No problem. I will find someone else that actually wants my money, communicates and listens, and eventually fulfills the job requirements.

              From the quote to the instillation Town & Country Glass did a great job. Very professional and courteous, Nick and Shane did the instillation smooth as can be. If I have another window repair/replace they will get the job - highly recommend.
