In 2023 I was looking for a challenger to buy I seen a Scatpack Was available at Bellevue Mercedes. It was a little more expensive than I wanted. But I thought I would go check it out anyway.. The gal I spoke to was very nice and very pretty. She said she apologizes but that car wasn't there yet it was in transit and it just will happens as we were speaking the car showed up. On a car trailer. So I looked at it drove it and loved it.. I wanted to car she was very **********. It up tells me what she's doing and gets the car ready for me. After a fend out how much money they want down I had to think about it and left that day they called me at least 5 times.. The next day is their sales manager called me and said I could drive the car away with 0 down so I went there and I bought the car I told. Him I won my payment to be $600 or lower after signing all the pay for work. And almost to sign at least 50 times and of course I didn't read everything at the end of the day he told me well I got you below A. $**** a month I can't believe it. I was p***** but I had already signed for it and had to take it.. So last month I go to refinance my car and find out that I Still oh twice what the car's worth after paying on it for a year!!! I was p***** so I called them and their reasoning was. I bought the car during COVID when used cars were at a premium.. I love the car but I do not want to pay twice what the **** thing is worth not to mention almost a **** bucks a month car payment that is ridiculous!!!!!! Now I have to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I am stuck buying a car for twice. What is worth? I could have bought a Hellcat for what they are charging me.!!!!!! People be ***** of Bellevue Mercedes when buying a car they will take advantage of your not paying attention And get you to sign something that you really. Don't want to..Review from Sunil N

If you didnt want a broken car, you should have bought a new car - Used car sales manager Bought a CPO Mercedes-Benz GLB35. Windshield was cracked. They promised to fix it when I bought the car but refused to fix it correctly when I took the car in for the repair appointment. The crack is very much visible and ruined an otherwise good car. The used car manager was rude and unreasonable Do yourself a favor and go to Mercedes-***************. I bought my first Mercedes from them and was a wonderful experience. I regret not going to Mercedes-***************Review from Jeremiah R

Very disappointed... I have been a customer of this location for 23 years and have always enjoyed my experience until recently. About two years ago I took my G-Wagon in for some vibration issues and while it was getting serviced, the technicians managed to put some small dents on the two front fenders. I wash and detail my own vehicles so I know exactly when the dents appeared. Nearly two years passed when I decided to take the car to a professional detail shop and they noted the dents prior to getting started. It reminded me that I never took it up with the service manager at the time, and decided to (well after the fact and not your normal circumstances, two years later, I agree). It simply fell off my radar because I rarely drive the vehicle. When I reached out to the service advisor, I was told a manager would be in touch with me. Long-story-short... The manager declined my request to have the dents repaired and after making a stink about it, ********************* (service manager) sent me to a paint-less dent removal company Mercedes of Bellevue works with exclusively (Same Day Dent Repairs). When I arrived at Same Day, I was told the job would be quite extensive and they would circle back with **** at Mercedes and get back with me. Nobody reached out of course, so I emailed **** to find out what was going on. His response was that Same Day Dent Removal didn't think the dents on my fenders could have been caused by the Mercedes tech's. I was extremely curious how Same Day had the ability to determine how dents are created. It seems Mercedes of Bellevue is clearly avoiding liability, choosing corporate profits over long standing customer relationships and customer service. Very sad to say goodbye to this business and the employees that have been there as long as I have been a customer.Review from Lee Y

I have owned a Mercedes CLS550 Launch edition for 9 years. It has only been serviced by a Mercedes dealership or authorized garage. I never missed or was late on a service. The car has been meticulously maintained. It has 145K miles and I expected to keep it for 250 to 300K based on what I thought the Mercedes reputation was. The car was driving well and the check engine light came on. I brought it into Mercedes Bellevue. They called back after diagnostics and said to pick it up I was told that the piston shaft linings were all pitted and marked, and it needed a new engine, 33K + labor. Mercedes Bellevue tole me the life of the engine was 1k to 5K miles.I told them to put it together and I would pick it up. When I got to the dealership I was put in an office in the back and the service manager, Eric Gordon, came in and told me that the car was not drivable and I would need to have it towed and proceeded to continue to ask me when I was going to have it towed. Eric told me, and then my wife when she arrived, that Mercedes had used a different alloy in constructing these blocks and the problem was occurring with increasing frequency with the my model CLS550 which had been produced for 4 years. Eric told us this in this meeting and he never admitted it again. Eric then said if I had my oil changed at any place besides Mercedes that this could happen would make my engine seize. I then produces ALL of my services records that proved that only Mercedes had serviced my car. He then said he would call Mercedes and see what they would do. As Mercedes could not pin the cause of the problem on any neglectful actions on my part they came back with the decision that they would not do anything for me due to the mileage and that the car was only worth 30K and it would take 50K to replace the engine. So they are telling me that my car is WORTHLESS due to nothing that I did wrong. This was a meticulously maintained car. I did nothing wrong to cause the problem. They do not see fit to compensate me in anyway for my 30K loss (what they said the car is worth). Mercedes caused the problem, not me. How can they get away with this?????? I wrote a synopsis of my problem on BenzWorld forum.. Comments that came back indicted that this is not an uncommon problem. What Eric, the office manager, told us is true. Mercedes knows they produced a defective engine. The dealer and Mercedes are not standing behind their product. How can it be right that they just tell me to tow away my car and leave me with no compensation or offer to fix the problem they caused? My wife has an Acura. Years after the purchase, we found out that her model had a known an oil leak problem. This was known by Acura and they knew it was their problem. Because my wife had only had her car serviced at the Acura dealership they paid 80% of the 8K cost to fix the problem that was caused by the Acura defect. Acura and the dealership stood behind their product, unlike Mercedes. If you have a Mercedes et rid of it quickly as this may happen to you. If you are thinking of buying a Mercedes DON'T.
