      About 6-7 months after I purchased a vehicle from them I noticed my vehicle started making noise. I checked the oil in and realized it was empty. The dashboard unfortunately did not indicate that it was running low. We were told by the dealership I should get a minimum of ****** miles, but I ran out by *****. We contacted the dealership to try and find out why the vehicle ran out of oil. It was then we found out that they put the wrong oil when they did an oil change. After some back and forth I requested to take it to the dealership for the make of the vehicle and have them do an inspection, but that they pay for it. The make dealership found metal shavings in the engine and stated it was due to the original dealer putting the wrong oil in and the reason it ran out. This means I now need a new engine. Luckily I purchased an extended warranty so the engine is covered. We then told the original dealer of the findings and I need a loaner car while I wait for mine to be fixed. I was told they had none so I had to go get one that I had for a month. After a mishap we found out it was going to take 6 weeks until I get my vehicle back. We reached back out to the dealer after going through the extended warranty paperwork and told them per the warranty they have to provide a loaner. They finally agreed. When I went down to pick the loaner up I was surprised to see dealer stickers on it. I was upset that the loaner is a diesel when I dont drive diesel due to cost. The very next morning as I was driving to work the low tire pressure light came on. So I took it to the local tire shop. Luckily it was just a low tire, easy fix. It was after this we were told the loaner is going to auction when I take it back. The dealership supervisor and manager have been nothing but condescending and rude. They are sticking to the fact that it is a used car and sold as is, even though it was because of them that I need a new engine. There has been no compassion or anything, not even a sorry.

      Once this situation happened we immediately assisted them in getting the vehicle to the correct repair shop and provided a loaner for them at no cost. This is after covering in full the out of pocket cost for the rental that they had been in up until we could get them into a loaner.

      We provided them a loaner we had to go out and purchase for our service department so that we could have one available for them. They have had no out of pocket expenses in this matter

      They told me a car was for sale, had been certified with clean car fax, and posted it on the website. Thankfully I asked questions. Found out it had been in a wreck. They lowered the price, told me it was a one-time offer, and that they had fixed the car. Then they sent me a message saying too much reliability and that they would have it wholesale and not sell it. Then posted the same price they offered me the next day on the website. I called to speak with a manager, and they tried to back petal and say they are not supposed to certify damaged vehicles, then still tried to sell me the car. Then when I said I am not buying anything from you, I called to explain your crappy customer service. Then he changed his story again and said oh well, the car is going to auction. It was the worst experience I have ever dealt with. If you are thinking of buying a car here, don't! They are not trustworthy!
