DON'T DO IT!If I could give less than one, I would... I'll list reasons why...Upon my moving in on my first lease w them, I was given lies and incorrect information. I was told that the manager (*****) pocketed my deposit while putting me in a unit I didn't agree to. I am disabled and require a bathtub to soak my back.. they disregarded and put me in a unit w only a stand-up and was told to **** it up.. maintenance was spotty and no one communicated with each other. Very disorganized.So my renewal was time by this time there was a management change... everything is still the in terms of lack of communication within the office. I needed a bathtub, so we moved to a building with one.. during this lease, and the one following (covid hit in between) is where I found I had made a grave mistake in resigning...- I was assaulted at my front door, with zero immediate consequence to the one that assaulted me - I had my dogs and friend attacked TWICE by THE SAME unleashed pitbull once it managed to chase us inside. (I have video evidence)- I have had my car vandalized multiple times (its supposed to be a gated community but isn't)- there have been shootings and break-ins - they made new rules but didn't tell any residents BUT still expected residents to follow them at risk of eviction...-the management was intimidating those unable to pay rent (even though there was a moratorium in place) - I had a document dated for the day before put on my door and then told that I had received it on the dated day; I had a ring doorbell video that said otherwise -the trash piled up for MONTHS -fights in the parking lot, drunks trying random door handles.I could literally go on forever and debated whether or not I should post this but honestly, why? These people don't care about their residents.. tarmigan was the worst place I think I've ever lived, and I have been homeless... annnnd the icing.. they are increasing rent even when the gates aren't fixed, and the crime still occurs.. oh, and there's NEVER parking; I had to get a garage and a parking stall
