I am very happy with my new *********** furnace and air conditioner. The salesman presented a very professional quote for the new system and he stopped by a week after the installation to see how it was working and answered a few questions on the thermostat. I compared several quotes from different local companies and chose Carrier from Western Heating. The installation team did a superb job and even swept the garage floor before they left. The new system has been in only one week, so time will be the final judge.Review from Bob L

****** and ****** from Western Heating did our HVAC duct cleaning yesterday. They were on time, respectful of our property and explained what they were doing with each step of the job. They took their time and didnt cut corners to save time. Very professional team. They also cleaned our dryer vent and I couldnt believe how much built up lint came out of there. Definitely could have been a fire hazard and very glad we got that included. Great job Western!Review from Kat L

*************, and ****** (spelling?) were all awesome and make a great team. They were knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. They got our old furnace replaced with a high quality Carrier furnace, and helped us get our house back to a warm and cozy temperature fast. I would recommend them to anyone.Review from Isabel O

I called these people a week ago, wanting to speak to someone in sales about replacing our existing system. The woman who answered the phone would not transfer me to my requested staff member before asking me for all sorts of personal information questions. I explained to her that I would provide my name and phone number at that time and they could get any additional information when I accepted their bid. She said she would have someone call me back. I am no longer waiting as I now have bids from three other businesses that know how to treat a new prospective customer. In my 76 years on this planet I have learned that when you agree to deal with someone who has piggy-backed arrogance on top of ignorance, you usually wind up loosing your good manners.Review from Damian S

I needed a coil replacement. The options were to replace the coil or replace the unit. I asked for quotes on both to make a decision. The parts people called back several days later and said the part was no longer available and was not in production anymore. I thought this peculiar and asked why. It seems this person has rehearsed this bold face lie many times, "regulations and whatnot". Straight up told me a lie. This is absolutely untrue. I went through another dealer and he was able to get the part and confirmed this was a complete fabrication. Okay, moving on to the quote on the new unit. I have a mini split with 3 heads. They said that I would need to purchase 2 heads because they were incompatible with the newer model. Again, this was confirmed to be an ******************** and new units are backwards compatible to older heads. 2 separate quotes, 2 separate lies. Unbelievable. I would like to note this happened during a heat wave where we were experiences over 100 degree days and I am sure they were trying to leverage that.Western Heating & Air Conditioning Response

We were charged close to $800 to repair a torn flex duct work that only took 30 minutes to repair on my 93 year old mother-in-law's home.. Be aware that you are also charged $97 to have a tech come out and give you an estimate. Labor is not itemized, nor are materials calculated into the final billing. Go with someone else to service your heating and air needs.Review from Robert G
