Very professional and clean work. They accidentally Made a clock wall fall when drilling the wall. (was a cheap one), but they acknowledged the incident and were very sorry. Honest people that I feel I can trust.

I needed a coil replacement. The options were to replace the coil or replace the unit. I asked for quotes on both to make a decision. The parts people called back several days later and said the part was no longer available and was not in production anymore. I thought this peculiar and asked why. It seems this person has rehearsed this bold face lie many times, "regulations and whatnot". Straight up told me a lie. This is absolutely untrue. I went through another dealer and he was able to get the part and confirmed this was a complete fabrication. Okay, moving on to the quote on the new unit. I have a mini split with 3 heads. They said that I would need to purchase 2 heads because they were incompatible with the newer model. Again, this was confirmed to be an ******************** and new units are backwards compatible to older heads. 2 separate quotes, 2 separate lies. Unbelievable. I would like to note this happened during a heat wave where we were experiences over 100 degree days and I am sure they were trying to leverage that.
