On 11/07/2021 We made a reservation with Gulfview Properties for a unit **** ** ********* for 11/3/2022 - 11/6/2022. We made a deposit of $250.00 on 11/7/2021. (receipt attached). Our confirmation number is 22504 and the reservation was taken by PBK. On 7/5/22 we rolled over the reservation to 11/2/2023 to 11/5/2023 due to an injury to my spouse who was to compete in an Ironman Competition. On 6/2/2023, my spouse had not sufficiently recovered from injury and we cancelled our reservation and requested a refund. Since 6/2/2023, I have called and requested our refund to no avail. The following are the contact information since that time. 6/20/23 - Spoke to Clay who said he would have a manual check issued since they had changed their accounting system. 7/7/23 - Spoke to Donna who said she would forward the request to the office for processing. 7/17/23 - Spoke to Clay who said the accountant was working on the list and that our name was on the list and we should be receiving our refund shortly. 9/1/23 - Spoke to Donna who said she has a record of all my calls and that she would have Diane issue a check. She stated Diane was dealing with her mother's estate. 10/12/23 - Spoke to Donna who said she would text Diane and have the check processed. I asked to speak to Diane and Donna said she was not available. She also said she would call me when the check was issued.
