The broker ******* **** will not return my call or email as I attempt to bring to her attention the poor quality of service by her agent Brittany ***********  While selling my home, Brittany tried to persuade me not to set the price I felt it was worth and instead, wanted the price lowered, after 1 day on the market it sold for the price I was asking, thus she doesn't know the market. Once the offer came in, though she was told as is, she persuaded me to place an amount down for things the inspector may find. Nothing was found and the age of the water heater was only cited, not the functioning of it. She failed to get back with me regarding the buyer's request & my answer of No. Brittany started working for the buyer. She didn't know or so she stated, that our survey was transferable and never replied back to surveyor or myself, she exhibited a laziness and dismissive attitude at this point. The final straw, when Brittany told the buyer's agent, "I wasn't home" and gave the realtor for the buyer a key to my home where they proceeded to invade our privacy on 6 May 23, when they walked in the door, unannounced, with my dogs barking and our vehicles in the driveway and Brittany's failure to call to make sure I was or wasn't home, it reflected her final disregard for us. Brittany is a realtor in name only, she's inappropriate, inept and incompetent and for the broker not to want to understand what's going on, I assume, this is her training: No transparency, honesty or integrity. Just make the deal, pocket the money and find another unassuming consumer to serve poorly. After 20 years of military service, over 26 years as a nurse, who continues to practice, if I ever treated my patients with such a lazy, dismissive response to anything they may need, I'd be fired.
