    I had a contract with Two Men and A Truck to move me last summer from ******* to ********. When the trucks showed up they came to my front door and the first thing out of their mouths was we need more trucks.They did not not even walk in the door to see my items but were told previously what i had to move on my contract by their reps.To make a long story short they waited for 3 hours for their rep to get back to them and when he did they said that there were no more trucks available to come help them. They waited another hour for further instructions and i was told after 4 hours of sitting at my home that the driver could not and would not make a tri-state move now because it was to late for him since he was only allowed a certain amount of time to move state to state. I asked them if they could come back within a day or so so i would not have to move all my items back in the house and they said they would not. I had to hire another company 3 weeks later for the job. Beware these people are unprofessional and a joke. These people were highly sought after at one time but the company has really gone down the drain. Their rep told me over the phone with no remorse and also the crew they sent out that they would not move me and they threw me to the curb and just left. I will never forget this experience and thought i would share it with you. Again BEWARE go somewhere else !!!

    we did an estimate for this customer moving from ***** ***** to ******* ********. Estimate was for 1 1/4 truck. Based on the information we were given we figured out a timetable of cost and what we could do for them. We sent in two trucks and four men to move the customer. The customer had a ton more items . we also attempted to do this move nine months ago. Why this customer is now reaching out nine months later after the fact I don’t know. Our driver said the customer had unrealistic expectations and we would not be able to perform the move during our busiest time of the year in the regulated hours of service. We told him that. He then said he offered to pay us more and he had cash in his pocket. That’s not what we were looking for we didn’t have a third truck available and the estimate was basically out the window at that point. We could not do his move based on what he told us. We didn’t have an honest assessment of what he had. The customer did not tell us everything. We are also dealing with this in the middle of Covid so we were limited on our regular on sites. We ended up giving them a complete refund and apologized but we just couldn’t accommodate doing all his moving in the allotted time we were supposed to. And we were booked up for three weeks! The ownership is the same ownership. I started this company 18 years ago. My general manager has been my general manager for 16 years. The lead driver on his move was a driver for me for four years. He had an experience crew and all of them said there’s no way that we could get close to what he needed done. Again this was for one and 1/4 of a truck not 3 full trucks… it’s just weird that nine months later he’s leaving a negative review of our company on the BBB website. I’m glad someone was able to move him but they, just like us, we’re booked up for three weeks. We could’ve rebooked it three weeks later but he said he had to have everything done right then. We cannot accomplish what he wanted.

    Its funny like they say I have the contract sitting in front of me and it states 2 to 3 trucks on it. I did have a ton of stuff. I was in this house for 22 years.Now i have learned the way legitimate businesses do this. They send their Reps out to the home to itemize everything so they can bring the right amount of trucks for the move thats why this feed back took so long. never got an apology from them either. I did not lie is my statement. They threw me to the curb as they say and left me hanging. I will not forget this. I stand by my statements with several witnesses.
