Our home remodeling project started in late-September and weve spent $14,500 for a cable-wire staircase with treads, railings, and landing, but 5 months later we still do not have a finished product, yet they have every ***** of our $14,500. Immediately our contractor started experiencing horrible customer service, poor and inaccurate quality, multiple hand-offs and/or passing the buck, and dishonest manipulative tactics that charged our contractor for mistakes he didnt commit but paid anyway in attempt to finalize the project, to no avail. There are multiple instances of days/weeks that would go by without responding to texts/email/voicemails our contractor submitted, or not providing timely progress of repeated requested updates, and telling our contractor the items would ship on one day but days later after many follow *** indicate the item hasnt shipped yet and theyre not sure the exact date of shipment. There was a lack of itemized quotes and order details making it difficult to confirm the order was accurate upon arrival, we received product with incorrect measured cuts, we received more product than needed, and the grain of the wood on two pieces of the same landing were in two different directions. This company is a joke and they do not care about their customers or reputation. Do your research! If I wouldve checked the Better Business Bureau ahead of time, I wouldve seen they have a 1 star rating and wouldve saved myself a lot of time and money.
