I have had more than one occasion of the ** system going out. This time my ** went out 5/21/24 and is still out as of 5/28/24. I placed for emergency maintenance since the inside temperature of the apartment was at ***** degrees all day/night for the first few days. The temperature inside only went down due to the weather temperature decreasing for rain. I would go to the main office every day asking for assistance since I could not get word from the maintenance department to where a leasing agent told me they are separate entities and they cannot do anything or call maintenance. I was then told if I placed another request it would delete my 1st request so its best that I wait to hear from them. I even left a voicemail just asking for an update/or placement in cue information but received nothing, just the work order continuing to say in progress. She advised me to buy fans and leave my window/door open. On 5/28/24 when I returned to the office for assistance the leasing agent pulled out a contact list to call maintenance (even though stating before that she does not have said number when I previously stopped by multiple times) because she acknowledged that a broken ** and ***** degree temperature is a legal issue. Her call was unanswered leaving me again helpless. *** had to stay with family due to their incompetence. And this is not the first thing that I have been inconvenienced about due to their incompetence and unprofessionalism. Others around have also dealt with maintenance issues, safety concerns or car theft. Not worth the time, price or hassle.
