            Our gas service was disconnected because they say for non payment of service yet we paid our bill every month for the gas service the only thing we haven't paid in full was the price for the heaters we got from them but no where in our contract or any other paper work does it state gas service can be disconnected for non payment of appliances. I have now been told we have to pay for the heaters in full plus another deposit plus pay for another pressure test even though we were a new install. We have no heat now and temperatures getting into the low 20s at night.. So our gas service was disconnected for appliances that have not been paid for in full...yet once again as stated before our contract or any other paper work we received from them says anything about gas service being disconnected due to non payment of appliances.
