      On my last day of my lease01/19/24, I provided a my new address. 02/22/24 called office of apartments and asked about refund check, told someone would call me back, no one called back. 02/23/24 Spoke at length office person on phone. I Gave her my new address again. First she said I did not put in my 30 day notice, (I did put one in)then she said that my refund was sent to the other person on my lease, (I was the only one on the lease). Then finally physically looked at my file and said a check was sent to an address on *****************( That is And never has been my address ) She said she spoke to assistant manager and that the check would be reissued and sent to the correct address. 03/08/24 I went into the office and the office person looked up my file, my address had not changed still wrong address-****************, had me complete new address form. Left message for the landlord to call me. 03/08/24 I called FPI Management company, left message , no one called me back, but had landlord call me. 6. 03/11/24 landlord called me, on phone , she reassured me that she had given the *************** my correct address and that a check was in the mail. 03/20/24 I Emailed landlord and she asked for my new address AGAIN, I emailed it to her. 8. 03/22/24 Landlord replied to emai this is what she said. I forwarded your address to our accounting department. Once the check is cut, it can take up to 30days.I responded by email not happy about another 30 day wait, since the law requires 30 days to receive refund in ******. 9. 03/22/24I left message at FPI management, and was again referred back to landlord. 10. 03/22/24 landlord called me . The numbers on the apartment of my new address were wrong. She told me that a check would be in the mail that next Friday, which would have been 03/29/24 and would be sent to correct address As of today 04/26/24, 34 more days, I have Not Received my security deposit.emailed FPI Again, no response.

      2 bedroom unit at *************************, not prepared to be moved into. unit suffered from terrible mold caused from prior flooding all throughout the complex that I Continuously pointed out they said they would take care of immediately.They did not and it spread On to our personal belongings. We had the mold tested because my newborn son was having endless health issues it ended up being toxic mold. A lot of our belongings were thrown out and the stuff we kept is still being cleaned.theyve done everything to cover their tracks/make it seem like theres no issue. They even continued to paint over the mold multiple times.we ended up leaving and since then my son is no longer suffering from the health issues he was.For making such a fuss with the complex They are now retaliating against me. Not giving me my deposit/asking for money they told me wouldnt be owed. They Ironically enough want me to pay them for time that they had paid for my family to stay at a hotel while they made repairs. My son was in the hospital because of the mold more than once and the drs wrote a note for the management saying that its not safe for the baby to be there.thats why we were placed else where while they did Remediation so For them to ask for money is outrageous. ***** is a great manipulator shell make it seem like shes your friend/she cares But never forget that this world revolves only around money. Her boss ******* is even worse she looked me in the eyes and told me to Always trust my motherly instinct to keep my baby safe then continued to not give us a safe space to live. They went so far as to get their own mold test and lie. They sent me many messages saying that there is no mold in that apartment at all after the remediation But when you walk in you can visibly see it/smell it.Im sure theyll respond to this denying everything and thats fine but just beware They might s**** your family over, take everything from you, leave you with nothing and still ask for money at the end
