I purchased 9 individual digital photos at a competitive cheer event for my daughter, at a cost of $10 a photo. Three of the photos were too blurry to use/see/print, after purchase. So, a complete waste of $30. The photo previews provided on site, prior to purchase is so highly watermarked and so small, dark, and unclear (for all the photos), and shown on such a low res setting and tiny computer screen, that you cannot know the clarity of the image prior to purchase. You just have to hope they turn out to look good when you can see the real thing. The company acknowledged the poor image quality and said they spoke with their photographer about it, then blamed me for purchasing a blurry photo. (Who would do that, if they could actually see it, and why were such blurry photos put out for purchase?!). In addition, one of the photos I purchased isnt even of my child, it is of another girl with the same color hair, but thats how poorly the photo previews display on the screens. You cant even see whos who. So, out of 9 photos, only 5 are photos I would have actually purchased, had the company provided anything close to acceptable preview images. I responded back to the company that because I paid for each photo individually, I paid $10 a photo. I didnt purchase an entire album for $280, where the photos would have been around $0.50 each. So each poor quality photo matters. I could have been given alternate photos for the blurry ones, for that matter, but they gave zero effort into a resolution, because there was no response to my 2nd email.
