    I had a very bad experience with Delta Breeze Marine. Possibly due to uncertified mechanics. My boat was stranded on the water due to no ****** pin in my shift cable. They also forgot to tighten the bolts on my water pump pully. They also returned my boat to me with a hole in the new shift cable bellow that they installed and they installed the exhaust bellow and gimbal bearing bellow incorrectly. I paid for a carb rebuild and it ran worse then when I brought it in. Lastly, my boat still dies in neutral, something I paid to have fixed. It was so bad I had to bring it to another mechanic because I did not trust their workmanship. The spark plugs did not look new either, I paid for new ones.

    Mr. ** Your concerns are duly noted and this is the reason we have a 90-day WARRANTY. We offered to repair any and all items of concern that you authorized us to take care of. You chose to go elsewhere, then changed your mind and begrudgingly returned. Items you had issue with were repaired or chalked up to whomever had previously worked on the vessel in her past 32 years of life. We ran her up multiple times to ensure she was fit for use, and off you went. After this, you discovered two potential issues, a miss-positioned bellows clamp and a defect in the shift cable bellows. I immediately offered to pick up the vessel from your home and return her under WARRANTY. You agreed, then on the same day hit social media hell-bent on making your disappointment known. I still did not waiver from my commitment to you. Unfortunately, you again declined my offer. Your derogatory remarks and inflammatory accusations across social media not only disparage myself and the business I have worked so hard to build over the past 21 years, but the clients that have taken valuable time to report the true nature of what I stand for. Sometimes things don't go as planned and business owners of character step up and take care of business, even if it takes a couple of attempts.

    The condition of my boat upon retrieval spoke volumes about your attention to detail. I have spoken to several boat mechanic entities in the area and they are dumbfounded that a boat mechanic would drill two holes in the transom of a customers boat to look for dry rot. Its sad the holes were not even filled when I came to pick my boat up. When I brought it to the attention of your employee they simply put a dab of life seal in them. After finding countless items left undone I made the decision to bring my boat elsewhere to fix my fish finder and GPS unit that worked previously to bringing my boat to Delta Breeze Marine. That is when they found a NEW bolt and spacer to my motor mounts! Then I took my boat out to the river and discovered there was no ****** pin to hold the shift cable in, I couldnt put my boat into gear. Also, the bolts on the water pump pulley were never tightened which could easily be seen in video. Suppose I took your word that my boat was sea worthy as you said, imagine if I could not put my boat in gear while in the ocean! You continue to minimize my experience and make excuses blaming it on the age of my boat instead of taking responsibility. People should know that your mechanics are inexperienced and do a poor job. Yes, then I had to return my boat back to your shop. Interesting enough, you performed work on my carburetor that I already paid $400 for. Which ran horribly the next day and can be scene and heard on video. You had a second chance and still returned my boat with a hole in the shift cable bellow and my other bellows installed improperly. Once again, I took my boat out to the river and it continued to run horribly and die in neutral. These are all items I paid to be fixed. My boat ran well before bringing it to you, other than a few small issues, now it runs horribly. Who in there right mind would bring it back to you again. All I asked for originally was enough to bring my boat in to another shop to cover the fees to fix what you charged me for but was never done properly . You refused, and now Im in a position where I need to hold you and your business accountable.
