              I took my car to have the thermostat replaced and radiator fluid exchanged with new fluid, spee dee **** did the work: within one day it started running too hot and losing radiator fluid. I brought it back to spee ******** and told them what was going on; they examined my car and told me it needed a water pump. Huh? You did not figure that out when I brought it in the first time spee ********? How did my car go from needing a thermostat to needing a water pump after one visit to this shop? Thermostat replacement cost $357. The owner was on site and offered no compensation. The female manager does not know what she is doing but tries hard to act like she does. Total bad experience at this shop.
