so I'll start off with this being very disappointing because I was recommended to *******'s with a very positive outlook and was completely let down. I brought my 2008 dodge charger in about a year ago. my MIL light was on, coming up as my cam sensor. so they replaced that and nothing changed. then proceeded to replace my timing belt, plenum upper intake manifold (used part but tested my manufacturer and has now been tested on another vehicle and is great), water pump, coolant temp sensor. My battery. Also after it arriving, my radiator was cracked/needed replaced (just odd that videos I've watch on replacing timing belts in my model car, cracking the radiator is more than common due to space/difficulty reaching part, was fine before dropped off.) but I had trust in them and replaced the parts and had the work done. Nothing changed. The battery ended up being good, the repairs (nearly $3000 with parts and labor) did absolutely nothing. I was told to buy a new upper manifold again, the one I bought was slightly used yet tested and I'm so glad I didn't because that would've been $**** more than I already wasted. I know am finding out (a year later due to not even knowing who to trust and being so broke from the ****s I have invested) that its a wiring issue. my signal wire is only reading 3v and should be reading 5v, So it's something in the wiring to that sensor. (The cam sensor) I spent ****s of dollars, to not even have them offer to make it right or continue helping me fix this. Instead just sent me on my way, with my broken car, I paid them to fix, to figure out that I was basically ripped off and now broke. Car still broke, no change. I wish they would make it right and keep up to the great name they are known for. I still haven't even gotten my car fixed fully, at least now as of today, I know what is causing the problems but it's still not fixed and it's still put me out thousands of dollars. :(Very dissatisfied and very upset about my service.

We do not warranty customer supplied parts. ******* checked her car when she came back with it and said HER part (intake manifold) was bad. He said to go get a new one and he would put it on, and she never showed back up.

What about the couple thousand dollars in parts my car didn’t need? Or that the manifold was in fact just fine and is being used right now and working perfect! As well as the old one in my sisters car. So both the intake manifolds I got from the warehouse were fine. They didn’t need replaced. But I love how everything else was disregarded. Not to mention I drove it home on a Friday and broke down had to have it restored to your shop. The problem is electrical. And now has been found and needs to be fixed but other than that everything else you guys replaced minus maybe the timing belt didn’t need replaced my $300 battery works just fine so I never should have had to buy another one. My radiator was cracked after being at the shop. So that was a few hundred wasted. The time and money for labor and the problem wasn’t fixed and thank god I didn’t spend another $1000 on a 3rd manifold because that wasn’t the problem. You guys should be making it right but instead I felt treated like my car wasn’t a priority and felt like you just wanted it out of there and very unwelcome to be honest. Just kind of shitty to do to someone who spent thousands half being on labor at your shop. Yes I bought the parts and all were brand new minus one but it was from the warehouse and was tested and is being used currently just fine, the parts weren’t the problem. Not finding the correct problem and misdiagnosing it was your bad and you should make it right, that’s just how I feel. But it is what it is I guess. Maybe even a refund for labor since it wasn’t even fixed would’ve been nice. It just all around seems like I got the complete **** end of the stick and it’s not right. At all.
