The worst legal advice I've gotten in my life. This man was willing to let us lose everything including our vehicles, home and inheritance. I consulted with him about a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy when things changed drastically. My father passed & I was looking at a substantial inheritance. He talked to me a couple of times over the phone including the free consultation & gave me his legal strategy. We met with him twice. The 2nd appt. he was a no show. A 40 minute drive & my husband had to take time off work. He followed with an email stating I missed the appointment when he had the wrong time. I followed with the original email that showed he was incorrect. Every time we talked to him his strategy was different. We had to remind, repeat or jog his memory. It seemed we talked more about his previous ***** vs the one he was impatiently waiting on, how fast the new car was, and how much faster his Audi went. We wrote him an $1800 check at our first meeting to go forward with the bankruptcy. That was my biggest mistake. He sent us off with a list of things to gather & homework. We were taken for the $1800 he did nothing but bs us. There were too many inconsistencies. We got a second opinion from a reputable attorney's office in ********** with many more years experience. That attorney advised us that if we went with ******************** strategy the bankruptcy court would have gone after the inheritance. The court would reverse all funds that were paid with the inheritance. I would have lost A LOT. I have emails to support & prove the contradictions, taking our money & not willing to refund us after his terrible advice. He threatened to send us a bill for bogus *************** He hadn't done much with our case. We never signed any court documents or saw any paperwork drawn up for our case. This review is to save others the headache, frustration, strain on the pocketbook, & from having to deal with this unethical con. I would never recommend him to anyone for any legal matters.
