            We contracted with Adams Pools in **********, **, to resurface our pool and install a new spa heater and ***************** in 2020. We never were able to make the spa heater work, and have never been able to use it. After sending multiple emails and leaving several voicemails, I finally was able to speak to someone about the problem in summer 2022 and they filed for a warranty inspection. This inspector suggested that there was no issue with the heater, but that the pipes that were installed by Adams Pools were smaller than any other set up he had ever seen with this particular spa heater. When I reached back out to Adams to inform them of the findings of the warranty inspector, I never heard back. I am a disabled combat veteran and need this spa working so that I can use it for relief of orthopedic issues, and would like this problem fixed so that I can actually use the spa heater I paid for.

            I wouldnt even waste your time having them come out and give pricing ..... We approved their price, for a pebble finish, at the end of March and scheduled for the end of May. Gave updates on my progress and once it came down to it, they told me they cant do it. A little heads ** in April or May would have been nice, so I could get on someone else schedule. I even received an email asking what colors I was interested in 10 days ago!!!! I now get to start over and get on someone elses schedule. Looking like August or September now. Sounds like they probably should just shut their doors with all the excuses and complaints they gave me.
