Without a doubt, Brittain Commercial's entire staff are the vilest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. They make their money by renting to desperate people, charging them ridiculously high security deposits, then deducting "damages" at the end of your lease leaving you with virtually nothing. Throughout the entire process they ignored my calls, hung up on me, copy/pasted letters while misspelling my name, and acted appallingly unprofessionally.Unfortunately, they tried this on the wrong person. I took them to court and even though they tried every scummy tactic in the book and lied through their teeth every step of the way, TWO separate judges decreed that my "damages" were covered under normal wear and tear. These people are liars and are devoid of any moral compass. *******************************, ***********************, and *****/******************* were the people I dealt with directly and they all should be ashamed of themselves for attempting to steal from a 22-year old during a pandemic. DO NOT RENT from them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. And if you have rented from them and find yourself in the same situation- read your lease, take a million pictures before and after move in, and take them to small claims court if (when) they try to scam you. These people should be out of business.
