I have used this company for repairs which were fixed but never have I had a company install a new, supposedly, air conditioning unit that did not work the day they installed it. At first, it appeared to go cool then became warm air. They deleted the freone I was told which we were not aware of. It was not modified until I called to complain and no warranty on the air conditioning unit, condenser and evaporative cooling unit. No information given us at all. Their technician , *******, came out and installed 7 lbs of freone and it began to cool. All appeared good until the following week and the house was hot again. The air conditioing unit is not working. I called the owner, *****, and said we need ******* to come back and fix this unit. I still have NO WARRANTY FOR THE ***** despite my request from ******************************** and email to the owner, *****. I will not pay for this lemon unit, or one lacking freone the day of install, nor the installation that appears to be faulty. This was not the unit I requested with the owner, which was a Rheem or **** unit, instead I ended up with a Night and day or something like this. No packet given us for the workings of this unit, thermostat, and other items. I can not pay for an item if not given a warranty. One technician said it does not have one but I could call the number in with the serial number on the unit. Excuse me , however, it never worked from the begining and this will be my second technician's visit and we have always trusted Michcael. He said the installation technician came from *******. We live in Folsom. No warranty, description or any items installed were given to us, nor were we told of the lack of freone in the unit from the beginning. I will not pay for this faulty unit, installation work which was from the beginning., if this is not remedied. The company sent me a **** saying it is overdue for $7000, a 3 ton air conditionig. I emailed them and said I need the warranty packets that should have come with the units installed and it repaired or returned to them before we settle on any payment. This unit needs to be up and running for at least 60 days without a break down is my feeling. If not resolved and fixed with warranty paperwork which I was promised , I will have REO come and get their unit and secure a more trustworthy company.
