      My Solar stopped working on Oct 24th 2022 it is now December 08, 2022 and my solar is still not working. I call Sunworks Solar and No one ever answers, I call and have to leave messages as no one ever answers the phone's, I send email's and get there auto messages it will be 8 to 10 days before we can help you that was on Nov 21st and still nothing..... I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint about this company. Just a word of advice go with Nationwide Solar instead of Sunworks Solar because there service Sucks!!!!!!

      t is truly a gratefulness that I write a review for Sunworks employees *************************** and ***** ******** It has been a long process to apply for, go through all the requirements from PG&E to get the solar back-up batteries ***** for my solar system. Both ****** and ***** worked hard, knew the requirements of all the steps, kept me informed...and encouraged me throughout the whole time. Even if we experienced a glitch or two, they knew how to solve each problem. So very appreciate ****** and ***** so very much. They truly made a huge difference in this long process!!!!! Thank you, ****** and *****, for a job well done!!!!

      Apparently my solar quit working June of 2021 because I didn't have the Wi-Fi in order to monitor it I didn't realize until my yearly **** came of $1,800! I started this process in the beginning of May and it is like pulling teeth to get a response to even explain to me how this process works! Finally got a service call 3 weeks later got the Wi-Fi plugged in so they could monitor it and didn't hear anything back. After a month I sent out another email asking how long this is going to take and they said as soon as they get the new inverter they will set up a service call. Meanwhile ****** wants 1950$ now because I'm still using my air and nothing is being produced. I reached out to solar edge because that's who my monitoring system is with apparently-I think- and was forwarded an email that showed that my inverter had been delivered A MONTH AGO and it's been sitting at the dock. So once again I'm doing the footwork to try to get this handled because last year my whole **** for the year was only $48 and the two years before that was zero. And I call Solcius corporate because that's who I've been told is going to reimburse ****** due to their equipment being faulty when I have a 25-year warranty and can get no response from them every time their machine says you have reached us after hours we are open from 9:00 to 9:00.. it doesn't matter if I call at 11:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. it's same thing. This is very frustrating. I just want to get to the solution and get everything working properly so that my house can continue to create energy for the city. Mind you I did not contact them they contacted me in 2018 for the green energy program.

      Do not do business with this company. They did our solar a few years ago but now they wont return our phone calls when we want to add panels, replace equipment, or possibly add a wall. Total flakes.

      ?Thank you for the quick response. Its been over 6 weeks since we first reached out to them @ we are so frustrated. It seems to be a company wide problem as we were contacted by the Sales Manager ******************* last week. He also promised to call us back & still nothing.

      Just to follow up on this issue we did receive an invite from ******************* to a ****** Meet at 11:00 AM today. We ask to joined & waited 18 minutes for someone to allow us in. Never happened.
