This Company blatantly lies to its customers and its dealers. They state they do not sell to the public but rather through a dealer network...NOT TRUE. I called straight to the factory and purchased from them with no dealer involvement. I should have stopped right there and I didn't. Placed my order was given a pickup date in South **. Picked up the trailer and didn't make it to ** and I was stopping at a parts store to buy new bearings for one of the axles. Once home I noticed several of the fasteners were loose and several just gone. They did send me some new fasteners through the mail and I had to tighten and replace these. Six months later I noticed the paper thin sidewalls were actually so thin that the metal holes were actually becoming larger than the fastner head. Now what to do....I attempted to contact the plant to no avail. I finally made contact with someone claiming to be the owner. Explained the issue and was told to ***************** back to ** and they would split the costs with me. Its a haul from the mountains of ** to *******. I told him I would have the trailer there at the beginning of a work day and would stay locally and would pick the trailer up the following day at the end of the workday meaning two full days and was told that's not how they did busines. I said "Oh I already know how you do business. Please listen to me and do not purchase from them or any of the four of five names they go by. They know what they are doing to people and its sad someone can't stop this from happening.
