Waldhauer & Son built a 29’x15’ pool for us last year and I now wish we had never signed the contract and never heard of Waldhauer Pools: It has been slow and painful every step of the way with poor communication and shoddy work. Waldhauer Pools makes promises they have no intention of keeping and only personal visits to the office talking loud and clear may occasionally stir a response, but in mksr cases not. The last straw was a horrible grout job done by a crew that was either incompetent or on drugs, or both. We asked the company numerous times to have it repaired and they finally and reluctantly sent a guy out to do the job; He smeared on some grout of the wrong color and called it day and left. This is short video After he was done: ******************************************* Since then nothing else has happened, we sent numerous emails, called, went for personal visits, etc., nothing. We finally hired an inspector to look at the pool and write a report: ************************************************************************************ Waldhauer & Son ignored the report and played dead again after the usual calls, emails and personal visits. We had no choice but to the hire another company to finish the pool, and $1,200.00 later it looks a lot better. We sent the invoice to Waldhauer & Son hoping they would step up the plate and pay for the repairs. Guess what, no response, playing dead as usual, no communication, horrible workmanship and they went into hiding after they got my money. In my opinion these people are incompetent crooks and should go out of business instead of pretending to build pools.
