If I could give no star I surely would do so !My first Order was8/5/2022 for PURINA PRO PLANFOCUS ADULT HEALTHY METABOLISM CHICKEN ENTREE IN GRAVY and according to their website it was in stock. At 11:30 am I got an email that they're getting the order ready, so I assumed it would soon be here. The next day at 6:51 am I received another email stating that my order has been canceled, no reason why or else. Couple of hours later I got a call back from their customerservice rep (after leaving a call back number and sending an email) and he as well couldn't find a reason for the cancellation, so he suggested that I order it again, which I did on 08/06/2022 at *****am. Again it got confirmed and then nothing, until 2 days later at **** am when an email came telling me my order was cancelled AGAIN - no reason or whatsoever. When I looked on their website in my order history it still said "Order Status: Waiting to fulfill" and as for the product it was still on their website with "In Stock". It's not the fact that the product isn't in stock, I know about the problems everywhere and I actually was surprised to find it on their site as in stock since nowhere else I could get it, it's their business practices of the website not being updated and customerservice reps not being informed about stuff and canceling orders without naming a reason. Not only was I dissapointed but very surprised about the fact that the second time myu money was taken out of the account and when I contacted paypal they told me that to them the order was never canceled and rather seemed to be processed. So now I can fight for my money and didn't even get an answer to my email asking them what happened. NEVER EVER would I try to order something there again.
