              My stay at the Woodspring suits was very bad. I stayed at the location of **************************** ************, **. *****. I stayed there for over two weeks and when I had my fellow classmates over because we do study lessons, my company was always getting harassed by your employee by the name of Ms. **** She was very nasty and always stalked any company that I had over. One of my classmates even got the police called on because they were outside the hotel on an important phone call. February 1st, 2024 was the day I was told by the same **** (Mrs. **** that I had to check out because i so called had too much traffic. Remind you I'm a college student who have study sessions twice a week. If I'm paying my money for a room, I should be allowed whatever company I want as long as myself or my guests are not breaking none of the hotel rules. I will be trying to seek counsel to put a case against the employee and company she works for.

              All the 5 star reviews are fake, they have a sign at the front desk bribing people to leave positive reviews for 1/2 off week stays. We paid for a week. We checked in but didnt move our stuff in for a couple hours. We left as soon as we woke up. Firstly, the floors were so dirty our feet and our childrens hands and legs were black instantly from the floor. There was blood all over our shower curtain. Consistent screaming and banging heard in the hallway and outside. Cops there over and over. We ended up leaving the next day, right away when we woke because there were multiple cockroaches on the wall. We killed 2 before I took a picture of the 3rd. I paid for a week, stayed one night and they only refunded me $300 out of $550. I asked for all my money back because it was the worst hotel Ive ever been at. We have called to speak to the manager everyday since, and are told they are never there. Sadly the hotel shows there is no manager or employee caring there.
