              If this is not resolved though here, we do plan to bring suit for full damages (complete stay billed), legal fees, court costs, and applicable effective interest on damages. This dispute is unresolved and we plan to seek a resolution in the easiest and least invasive way, however we will continue to seek damages if no cooperation is made. This dispute involves the breach of the Rental Agreement provided through AirBnb and the included description of the property that was not consistent with reality. Sunset Rentals first agreed to reimburse multiple nights of our stay but then revoked that when we left a lower then 5-star review of their property. There was no contract or agreement saying that we could not share our terrible experiences. In summary, attached is our invoice for over $2,300 and several items that relate to our stay. We have more images of the conditions and unsatisfactory response they had when we encountered a problem. We have more images as well if necessary.

              TERRIBLE customer service! Rented a place that had mold and was completely filthy and disgusting! Refused to give us a refund initially until we involved the credit card company. Sunset Rentals was rude and disrespectful and will never use them again for renting a place! Be aware of what you are getting, pictures and descriptions are misleading!

              *** has not been a guest of record with us at any point, and we did not receive or refund any funds to her. The guest that is referenced by *** received a full refund as offered by the business several months ago. This was offered as well as operational resolution for items referenced for the stay. Coincidentally, that guest also recently opened a chargeback for an amount over what was originally paid, which was summarily dismissed.
