Horrible company, they called last minute to reschedule the pickup, Delivery for Feb 28th was requested but never confirmed, communication was non existent, when I finally called to confirm, I was told that wouldn't work for them and we would get delivery on March 2nd OK so now I need to rent for a week, on the day of the supposed delivery I had received no communication about anything so I called again. Someone answered and said we weren't on the schedule till the following day. After some discussion, he hung up on me, I called back and he hung up on me again after that no one would answer the phone. Save your money and sanity. Find a reputable company...

I am writing to you to express my appreciation for the Excellent Customer Service which I received from On Time Moving Company. I have used them twice, and they were incredible both times. The stand is always warm, accommodating and helpful to me. From my experience, Leda is an exceptional employee who deserves to be acknowledged for her hard work, compassion, leadership and dedication to her job. She is caring, attentive and goes above and behind to make sure we are satisfied with our experience. I truly believe Leda is an asset to On Time Moving Company. In addition, On Time Moving Company was committed since Day 1 to making sure I was taken care of. The employees were very insightful, kind, non judgmental, trustworthy, very hard working and had some of the best attitudes of anyone I have ever seen. Due to my positive experiences, I will be passing the word along to my family and friends to start banking using On Time Moving and Company if they need to move in or out of state. Needless to say, I am pleased to have had the pleasure of discovering that On Time Moving and Company has not lost their sight in Customer Care unlike so many other places. Not just in terms of doing excellent work, but with great people skills, attitudes, kindness and helpfulness. Again, I would particularly like to thank Leda and the entire team. This company is very professional! ***** organized my move and the guys that helped him were wonderful. They were respectful of my things and very pleasant. They showed up on time to move me and to meet at storage. I highly recommend this business!

Excellent Service and Experience!This was my first time using a moving company and I could not have chosen a better company to assist me with my move from ** to PA. **** was a pleasure to work with and was super helpful, kind and sweet! ***** was in charge of the move itself and he and his helpers did a fantastic job! I recently used On Time Moving & Storage to move from *************, ** to **************. The movers were very efficient, courteous, they wrapped all the furniture pieces very well. I would definitely recommend them. We were extremely happy with them!

Thought they were very professional and had very good attitudes. We were moving 600 miles to out new location. They arrived when they said they would and unloaded everything with no problems.I would highly recommend this moving company.

****** was very professional in estimating our move within St. Augustine. ***** and ******* were efficient and caring about moving things from one place to another and double-checked to assure that I was happy with placement in the new home. The price was fair and I would hire On Time anytime I need a mover!
