            I upgraded my phone to a new one that doesn't work. I went back to the store several times telling them about the problem before my seven-day return policy. What they did to the phone worked for a day or two but the same problem came back. Now it's after the seven-day return period they telling me it's nothing that they can do. I can't get another upgrade for six months for a phone that doesn't work. They said for me to call customer service so I did. They basically told me the same thing, for me to go back to the store and ask for a manager to see if they could help me. I did but no manager was on site, they were to contact him the next day and call me but I had to call them back. They told me they forgot and that someone would call me. I have been a cricket customer for years and never had problems until now. I have been very patient with them but it seems not to work with them. Now I'm out of the money that I've paid for the phone and stuck with a phone that doesn't work half the time. What can I do about this please help??.
