Where do I start. Our car has a engine failure on 5/8 and was towed to this location due to it being under a full manufacturer's warranty. This location neglected to call me. I had to reach out to them if I wanted an update. It went from being bad gas, to no oil..which the car was full of oil..to it had an open recall (we were not advised this when my son bought the vehicle to from another dealership). ****** the service manager and **** the service area GM skated me along knowing they had not done anything to the vehicle once they realized the engine had failed. Mind you this is my son's first car purchase! I finally had to take the bull by the horns and help my son get another car. I called and asked ****** to have the car ready for pickup. He was so interested in where I was taking the vehicle and when I would not disclose this info, they had the car parked all the time way in the back of the dealership. They would not even show the tow guy where the car was at. He had to walk the lot to find it. Even he said they were rude and initially would not release the vehicle to him even though I called ahead of time. They had our vehicle over a month, refused to give us a loaner and blamed it on Hyundai. We had to pay for a rental and his car payment and insurance even though this vehicle had a full warranty and should have been fixed with no question. This dealership is HORRIBLE, and that's me being kind.Review from Sheila A

This is the worst dealership in ************ **, for Hyundai motors. The customer service in the service department is just beyond ridiculous. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They need to get it together.Review from Amy T

New sales AND the service department - zero stars if I could. I would NEVER take a vehicle here. The level of service is appalling. If their service department was a standalone shop, it would be out of business with their lack of service and care.Review from Tina G

This is my second complaint! As of Today 6/5/23 the ****** is still sitting in front of my home.I have filed a complaint with Senior VS Crime, Jax Consumer Protection, so far!I have been stuck in my home Since 5/24/23.I am new here and I don't know a soul!No Rental car from your company, no phone call since last Friday.****** came and picked me up last Friday to do a trade. He took pictures and he also took the key.I have been talking with Ms. ***** Senior lender at ******************* since this started. We talked this am. And she called and talked with **** a manager there. She even had the decency to return my call 2x and I'm not purchasing a Vehicle from her. That's just how business is done.Unlike Westside Hyundai! She told me that **** would call me a 11 am this am.I have been crying for nearly two weeks. It's 12 noon and he hasn't called. If I wanted roaches I would have taken my chances with a Buy Here Pay Here. Not a "Reputable Business "I am 63 years old.. on Social Security because I suffer from Bipolar.I gave my life to the Lord in 1986.I know that I have grown in him, I am a Native New Yorker who moved to ** in 1991.I never cursed anyone out or even raised my voice, and believe me.. I'm still be provoked.Purchasing a New Car for the first time in my life is supposed to be a Wonderful, Happy Feeling and Time.If they did try to be so greedy and take advantage none of this would have happened. Since the car has been sitting here, I did some research on pricing. I found the same exact car.. similar mileage without the ***** infestation is $13,000. Tops!Hyundai is trying to charge me $30,500. I now see that I can purchase the car of my dreams.Color, Model, Mileage.. the whole nine.I'm not going to take what they try and make me take. After the nightmare I don't want to deal with them at all.I want my money back! I deserve the full experience of purchasing my first New Vehicle. Thank you **************Review from Charles S

$3000 to repair the spark plugs, ignition coils, wheel speed sensor, and air filters. I questioned not only the cost, but if this was the reason why the vehicle had acceleration issues while making whinnying noise at about ****rpms, with smoke coming out the side of the engine (where the turbo is located), and the shaking of the vehicle. Honestly seemed very suspicious that they were able to check the vehicle so quickly after complaining about the appointment. Which leads me to believe that it was not ****************** and that the repair proposal was built exactly to what the service advisor claimed the issue was. I researched the parts numbers, cost, and found out the labor charge would be $230 an hour (estimated 2 hours to repair) for changing out the ignition coils that only take 10 minutes or less. I chose to have the wheel sensor and spark plugs changed, knowing they were ripping me off, just to get my vehicle back by Monday. I paid $1042 for this nonsense and picked up the vehicle after waiting a week. As soon as I drove off the lot and traveled over 20mph, the vehicle started accelerating poorly again, there was still the same whinnying noise at **** rpms, and the engine started smoking again. Absolutely ridiculous! They attempted to get Hyundai to pay for the turbo repair with a good faith credit and got 50% offered, then it was approved for 75% to be covered, which sounds great if it wasn't "$4000" to repair and costing me out of pocket another $1200 with taxes. Scam. I work with multiple clients that will be informed of the fraudulent activities being put on subsequent owners that don't get the 100k factory warranty. This has been the worst experience due to the negligence of the appointment scheduler, service advisor, and the technicians that inspected/repaired the vehicle. Not only did this experience waste my time, but it gives poor value to the brand's reputation. Highly disappointed with expectations and I still don't have my vehicle fixed.Review from Leslie L

Used car buyers beware. Have your own mechanic check out the car. We were assured by the sales manager that the vehicle was shifting correctly. Next morning the car stalled. Went to the dealership to undo the sale of the used car and get our son's vehicle back. Was told we bought as is. The car needs a new transmission plus a new fly wheel. This is costing us more than we paid for the car. Dealership is more concerned about the sale as opposed to customer service or returning customers. We have been without a vehicle since our son needed transportation. Would not recommend this dealership.
