              On February 23, 2023 I had a home inspection by a Accel representative named Erik ******. He came out to my home to confirm I had termites and quoted me a price of $******. I was under the assumption that I had termites in my home because small flying black swarmers were flying around. He confirmed that I had termites and I was treated for termites on March 02, 2023. But the so called termites returned and another technician came out to treat again on 15 of March and I had capture one of the insects to show to the technician. He confirmed that these we not termites they were instead flying ants. I paid for my home to be treated for termites and I am requesting a refund because I trusted your company to properly inspect my home. I have contacted the office where my account is setup and they didn’t return my call. I have swarmer ants and they still need to come test for them. At this point I want to cancel my membership.

              Horrible service. I contracted for them to encapsulate my crawl space a couple years ago. They sent young guys who weren't interested in doing a good job. They left a mess under the house and did not complete the job. I contacted them and an older more experienced man came and fixed their mess and completed the job. They used what looks like roofing tar on the vent covers and now some of them are coming off the house. Because of the warranty on the dehumidifer, I have to schedule for them to come out and check and maintain it. I scheduled an appointment for July 18, they rescheduled for July 31. The "tech" called and said he was 4 minutes away. I went outside and looked down the street and he was at the West block at the same number, I live on the East block. I watched as he drove away from that house and never came to mine. I then get a text rescheduling the appointment, AGAIN. I called their office and the young lady that answered said that the "tech" asked the customer (on the West address) where the crawl space access door is, didn't find it and left. The young lady that I talked to put me on hold several times. I finally hung up. DO NOT USE ACCEL!
