            We were given my vehicle on the 15th of September they held onto it for a week and due to covid had to transfer to another body shop. On the 23rd of September they gave me a repair estimate of the 8th of October for pick up. The 28th we called and they said there was a parts issue due to such a new vehicle so the new estimate was the 12th of October. We called on the 7th of October and they said it wouldn't be done until the 22nd. The 20th they called us saying we were still good for pick up. So the morning of the 22nd we called them for a pick up time and now they are claiming they won't be done till the end of next week. This is causing us to pay hundreds of dollars extra on a rental and they actual office that has our car hasn't been the easiest to get into contact with.
