when you move into this apartment complex please not only fill out your forms but also take lots and lots of pictures. They are an awful place to deal with when moving out. While I was living there they changed hands of business and claimed I never turned in my move in sheet. All I left was a refrigerator lock on the fridge. When I moved out the owner that was New called me and told me that I destroyed her apartment, which was not true. I’m a very clean person. I cleaned that entire apartment top to bottom before I moved out. I assumed I would not get my deposit back because I did have a dog, and I know that typically when you have a dog, they change the carpets out after you move this woman proceeded to yell at me and tell me that I ruined a door frame that I ruined the entire apartment that it was one of the worst apartments she’s ever seen All of this was a massive lie. She then proceeded to tell me that she wanted all of this money from me to fix the apartment for which I told her I was not going to give her that money, and they took it to an attorneys office the attorneys office they reached out to me one time and I called them. I made a $*** payment to squash the thing and they said after that I was done. Apparently there were court dates after that which I was not made aware of. I never received another single letter after that phone conversation about any court dates or anything further taking place with the situation. Now they are garnishing my wages. If you move here I understand it’s a beautiful location and the apartments They seem so nice but look out for yourself. They’re very crooked. My apartment was one of the old models. It had not been renovated since the early 2000s this took place in 2018 so they needed my money to renovate their apartment. Seriously very crooked people.
