Movers were amazing. They were very supportive, and available when required. All the items came to the destination in good condition. No damage no loss. I was very impressed by seeing this. Thanks a lot to the whole team, for your support in this move.

We employed this company for our recent move. They provided an excellent and a very professional service.The staff at the office addressed the questions and took care of our requirements very promptly and efficiently. Crew did a great job packing our stuff. All our goods arrived in an excellent condition.

Our move was difficult. These guys stepped in and took care of the tough stuff.A bit expensive but for us, it was worth it.Communication with the management team was very good. They were responsive and courteous. Thank you so much, we will choose you always.

This company is a broker. They charge you to find you a moving company. They give you a quote, then the moving company charges their rates, so now you have to pay both. However, they don't tell you until the moving company arrives. If you try to cancel, you can't get your deposit back, they tell can't because you signed agreement, yet their agreement with you was not kept. THEY LIE AND TELL YOU THEIR QUITE IS ALL YOU PAY. DO NOT USE BEACON MOVING AND LOGISTICS!!!

The worst experince. The sales person was the worst representative of any company. **** and disrespectful the owners need to find out who it was and fire them.

I was going to use the company until ****** continued to call back to back to back. Harassing a potential customer, ******, is not good for business. I sent him to voice mail and he continued you call me after he left a message.

Called them 12/23, nice guy on phone but wow. My plans had to be cancelled 1 month in advance due to a terminal diagnosis keeping me in the area and although its 1 month prior they refuse to return the deposit because "the truck and drivers are on hold waiting for me..." 1 month in advance, really.... if this does not get resolved I will Never use them again, I think its a scam, and I cannot believe *************************** would be so unethical to treat customers this way. I will continue to reach out with the hopes of coming up with a resolution to this issue.

My Christmas gift to anyone reading this is DON'T USE BEACON (OF DESPAIR)! I specified what was going and got a price of $2,897.50. A few days before the move, the representative said the items were so different that the price would go up by $2,200! I complained that there were minor changes (16 boxes vs. 15), a Christmas tree, and a rocking chair. He huffed and said, " I don't need to deal with this, the mover will charge you" and hung up on me. So, they regularly low ball the quote, then when it's time to move they have the mover deliver the bad news (when you are out of options and have to accept the price. We ended paying $5,508.00! The day before delivery, the mover called and said "I'm looking at GPS and you have long driveway, so there will be an extra charge". I had him delivery it to my son's house rather than pay even more! The driver told me that 7 out of the 10 last deliveries, the customer complained about the increase over the original quote. Two packages were smashed and I registered to make a claim. The company said someone will get back to you. They never did, and never will. Find another company.

Do not use this moving company. I repeat DO NOT use this moving company under any circumstances. To put it as briefly as I can:-Their quote for moving/packing was 114% lower than the actual cost. Even though I had just moved and had a very accurate list of goods to move, this is how they get your business!-They quoted me .34 per pound for storage but charged me .58 per pound. This meant $1350 a month for storage instead of the quote of $475 per month in storage fees.-They unloaded the truck and we were still missing quite a bit so I called the dispatcher and they said oh....ok we will send another truck next week with the rest. (8 days later)-I will not spend too much time complaining about the packers and movers because this is not as easy to control. You could luck out and get good ones. Or, you could get the ones I got that put books in with lampshades and heavy wooden cutting boards in with *****. - Damaged Dining room Table and chair, Broken *****, ***************, Broken Marble Desktop (the quote said they would put it in a crate but, they actually just wrapped it in a moving blanket.)- Communication is horrible. They never pick up the phone or reply to emails in a timely manner. I am trying to file a claim for damaged goods and they have not replied to my email 6 days now my emails are bouncing back from them and they won't call me back.I understand a quote can not be perfect but, this company was not even close. I believe they are purposely giving false quotes to get your business and are not properly training or vetting all the movers to take care when packing.

I wanted to let you know the fantastic job done by the movers. They even put the bed frame together and were finished before the estimated time! Outstanding service.
