Albee baby is my favorite place to shop for all things baby. They have high quality products, a wide variety of brands and amazing sales as well. I had a great experience ordering from albee baby! I received my order quickly, the customer service was wonderful, and the product I received was in great condition. Terrible business. No refunds. If you take the item out of the box it's "used" and non returnable. The wagon we purchased had minimal leg room and my kids were very uncomfortable. Now we are stuck with this unusable wagon and out $519.Review from Mario G

I bought this last week from here and it came in a a box that was in a terrible condition. I'm not sure if they sent me a return or just a product that had been sitting in a bad condition warehouse for many months. The Stroller has 2 horrible screeching noises that are not fixable. I contacted Albee Baby and they could care less even though I just opened this the day before. They washed their hands and sent me to the manufacturer to deal with weeks of going back and forth even though this was still within the 30 days of purchase (it had actually been a week since we bought it). I would recommend going somewhere else, probably amazon and if you have any issues there it will be resolved immediately.Review from Jenna O

I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ****$ ORDER. I PURCHASED 6 *** SEATS AND 2 OF THEM ARE DAMAGED. IVE TRIED CALLING AND LEFT MESSAGES AND ASLO SENT SEVERAL EMAILS-NO RESPONSE. I DO NOT WANT TO RETURN THE *** SEATS WITHOUT TALKING WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SINCE **** DOLLARS IS ON THE LINEReview from CORY T

Really poor experience with this company.I made a purchase with Albee Baby a few weeks ago for a travel stroller but found there were parts missing upon receipt, rendering the stroller non-functional. I figured that these things can happen so I returned the stroller and purchased another one, banking that I would receive it within the companies posted shipping window. It was getting close to my departure date and the tracking was showing that I would not receive the replacement stroller in time for my flight. I scrambled to find a different stroller locally and emailed Albee to have them cancel the shipment and refund my money. Albee said they would cancel the shipment but charge me a $30 restocking fee.... nearly half the cost of the $70 stroller! Thinking there was a mistake here, I tried to reason with them and explain that the reason for the return was because they had fallen short on getting me the product on two separate occasions.The customer care person I was emailing with was incredibly rude and couldn't care less about trying to make a happy customer. It is so crazy that there are still companies out there like this. Please take your money elsewhere!Review from Ammar G
