On April 18 we signed contract for pool build. May 8, 2023 Bella Aqua *********** broke ground on our inground. Work was completed in October 2023. We chose this company bc they stood out boasting about their equipment upgrades (automated pool equipment) were standard for them but upgrades for other companies. I am filing this complaint because I received a light switch to turn my pool lights off and on (no timer) and a dial to control my pump. Far from automated and I cant control it on my phone. . I asked several times throughout the pool building process about automated equipment I can work from my phone and was told by the owner **** yes this is what I would be getting because its in their standard package. Couvilliin and Bella Aqua are sister companies. They ran an ad on fb for a pool cleaner as long as customers were receiving a full pool. install. The ad expired on may 11. Our pool contract was signed in April and they broke ground may 8. I have asked this company to rectify this several times and they have not. I have paperwork showing whats included in their pool build that they sent us when they were trying to get us to choose their company. We paid a lot of money for this pool and only want what we were promised and what we paid for. I would like for Bella Aqua to replace my manual equipment with automated equipment as stated in my contract as well as provide me with the dolphin pool cleaner they advertised on ********* Both of these items assisted strongly in my decision making process to have this company build my pool and neither I have received.
