            We purchased Summer2021 new gutters and a new patio awning/cover from JL REMODELING/GUTTERSTECH for our back porch in summer of 2021. The first month of having the patio cover/awning started leaking in multiple spots underneath . The company came out and tried to patch a new awning to no avail. It continued to leak the brand new cover. The company was informed with numerous calls and emails and promised they would replace new. They have said since beginning waiting on replacement awning. We no longer trust them and think they are just stringing us along . It is now going on 8 months. Please help us. Thank you

            After JL Remodeling resealed my patio cover, patio leaked like never before during the first rain. Of course, payment for the work, $250, was made almost immediately. Three weeks of repeated phone calls of asking when they will return and fix the leaking has resulted in only promises to call back with a scheduled return. No one ever calls back and now phone goes to voicemail of I am put on hold. Terrible workmanship. Terrible customer service.
