This place is an absolute joke. They treated us like a joke. We first were working with ******* was a mess the entire time. He gave us wrong information on why we couldn't get a vehicle and then had us rush to the dealership to get the car wanted because out of nowhere someone else, who apparently was the owners friend, came and took the car because he got there before I did. ******* told us that if we agree to the numbers we get the car even if were not physically there first but that clearly didn't happen. So we settled for another car that had some maintenance to be taken care of. They did somewhat okay on fixing the issues but we took it so we could enjoy our new vehicle. Out of nowhere we were told that the contract was being returned because the Salesman ***** sent in the wrong information to the bank and the bank could've took our car away. As we were discussing this with him he started throwing all the maintenance repairs in our face making it seem like we were complaining when they offered to fix the car for the first mistake ******* caused. The ** had to take over and thankfully he got our contract and same rate. Then we went to sign the papers and the finance guy got our addresses crossed and I asked him if this would be a problem which his responded "no", After my cosigner left I asked the ** if this address switch was okay and he said no. So my cosigner had to drive back and sign the papers AGAIN and the finance guy took no responsibility and made excuses that it wasn't his fault even though it was. This was the most unprofessional experience we have ever had as a car buyer.
