              They charged me for 2 service charges of $*****to fix the problem programming needed updated and a broken part did the programming but they don't carry parts with them so came back with part and charged another service charge. Said they would come back again to see if water softener was working properly but that was going to be a third service charge. They also insist that I must use their magic blue water that they will only sell you if they can deliver it which means $ ***** delivery fee. Would seem to me that when the service tech was reprogramming the machine and found a broken part the replacement of the part was part of the initial call for service but not according to *****. It is not my problem that they don't carry parts with them. Since they don't they should have to come back and finish the job and not charge another service charge. Illegal in my opinion

              **************** Has received a new softener installation in 2017 I told and explained to him to maintain the warranty I would have to service it once a year he had called me complaining that his sister wasn't working we went out to service the work and found out he had been using bleach in the system to clean it out because he wasn't afford to pay for the pure clean he destroyed the resin in his system and I explained to him that is that his warranty was voided. He was upset and stopped payment on all work that was done and only paid for parts to fix a system which I felt was very unfair because he agreed to the amount of the price of work that was going to be done before the work was even done and after we fixed it he voided his check. I explained to **************** that I would no longer service him and he needed to find someone else to service his software.
