On Oct 13 I took my dog to the clinic to be seen. I’ve been an established client with this clinic for years and have always paid for any of my services right after they were done. I have never been billed for anything I’ve always been told I’ve had to pay for any service and told about prices beforehand . The last time I went in with a pit bull I was given two options and clearly told there are no payment options therefore leaving me no choice to euthanize the animal. I then was told to paid $70 which was paid by debit card. Month later I get a bill which I was never told about. When I was called about the bill by office manage* ***** ******** she did not have any correct info on my case gave a name of a dog from years ago and keep in mind how rude she was. When I lashes to speak to someone in charge she rudely told me it was her also. She said the vet would call me about the issue which never did instead she called back and insisted to harass me and be so rude about the whole situation and kept threatening to report me to credit bureau. I’ve always paid my bills accordingly however why am I getting billed for something I was never told about and I’ve nevvvvver been billed after cause they have a strict no payment policy. All services are to be paid for upfront yet I got billed $400 a month later. The office manager and the women who answered the phone failed to give anyone’s names or info she insisted on hanging up the phone ?? n me was very rude and I definitely will never take my services back to them. I don’t know why I got billed after years of being there and never being billed before. Very unprofessional
